Art Lipton Portrait

Arthur C. Lipton, Esq.

Art Lipton has been practicing law in San Francisco for 32 years. Originally from Hackensack, New Jersey, Ace is a graduate of Cal-State Hayward and the University of California's Hastings College of the Law. His practice emphasizes Criminal Defense (DUIs, drug cases, etc.), representation of restaurants and bars (sale of business, Alcoholic Beverage Control problems, commercial leases), and Family Law. A long time player with the Hastings Rugby Club, his current spare time diversions center on the SF Giants and his work as a part time minister promoting Inter-Faith understanding and ministering to the spiritually disenfranchised. His practice is sensitive to the concern that the everyday person is often unable to afford justice. Consequently, he strives to control litigation costs and fees, so that the cure is not worse than the disease.
